Get the tracking code on Hubspot
Hubspot provides a tracking code in the form of a one line javascript src snippet. This is per account (not per form) and admins can find it under Settings > Reports & Analytics Tracking > Tracking Code in their Hubspot Dashboard.

Add tracking code to Planet 4
🔎 Where? You can find this by going to Dashboard > Planet 4 > Analytics
Under the Analytics settings in the Planet 4 Dashboard, there’s the option to add your Hubspot tracking code that you’ve collected in the step before. Paste the tracking code from your Hubspot account here, and click Save.
And that’s it!
