I want able to decide which colour the DONATE button is. Sort of what GP Colombia did – http://greenpeace.org/colombia

Maybe this could be in Settings > Planet 4?

UPDATE June 3rd 2020 >> This feature will be available when the new Global Greenpeace Brand guidelines will be launched and adopted in P4.
