As a user I want to be able to see a video in the Block: carousel home, and when this is over then switch automatically to the next video or image.. see for example the https://www.ran.org/

=======UPDATE October 21st ===> After accurate review, the P4 team decided to decline this proposal as videos in carousel header do not pass the P4 Accessibility standards and would add unnecessary page load time. The option to add videos in the background, though, will be available with the upcoming Group Block, available with WordPress 5.
