In release number v2.45, we made sure the password protected content options work properly, we removed some strings which were not relevant anymore from LoCo and added new one (“Less recent” – make sure you translate this one), we fixed the Carousel Gallery, the thumbnails on the Search page and a couple of other things.

🎩 Features

  • PLANET-5453 – Remove the “Search the archive” string from LoCo
    • Since searching the archive is now only possible within the P4 search we removed “Search the archive” string among the Translation options in loCo.
  • PLANET-4660 – EN Form block – Adjust Thank you message font
    • Adjusted first line of thank you message to be:
  • font: Jost Bold
  • font-size: 2.5rem
  • line_height: 2.8rem
  • PLANET-5286 – Password protected content
    • The ‘password protected content’ option now has the following behavior
      • all page content is hidden when ‘password protected’ is set
      • masking the html <title> metadata
  • PLANET-5325 – Implement design for Take Action Boxout A/B test
    •  Created the alternative design in order to implement design for Take Action Boxout A/B test
  • PLANET-4861 – Adjust search sorting options
    •  Added a “Less recent” filter to search for older creation date of content first. This way users are able to search for archive content easier.
      • Added sort option called “Oldest”
      • Renamed option “Most recent” as “Newest”
      • Made string translatable
      • Make sure that archived content should be sorted
  • PLANET-5368 – Fix H3/H4 font sizes on mobile
    •  H3 (1.375rem) was smaller than H4 (1.5rem) on mobile. The heights have been adjusted.
  • PLANET-5738 – Upgrade Google Apps Login plugin to 3.4.3
  • PLANET-5698 – Integrate SonarCloud into our main app repos
  • PLANET-5619 – Enable Cloudflare Automatic Platform Optimization (APO) and plugin

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • PLANET-5775 – Covers block: invalid attribute type
  • PLANET-5737 – GPBE translations not coming through for P4 blocks
    • “load more” string was translated in both Dutch and French, but was not showing on the website.
    •  We linked nl-BE and fr-BE to the main language files (nl-NL, fr-FR) in order for GPBE site to pick them up.
  • PLANET-5585 – Search: Background images for Take Action pages are pixelated
    • We increased thumbnails which is also good for retina displays. And since we use lazy loading it won’t affect performance significantly. 
  • PLANET-5442 – Unordered list font size bigger than paragraph in the editor
    • Fixed the unordered-list font-size to follow paragraphs and order-lists
    • Checked also ordered-lists to make sure they also have the correct font-size
  • PLANET-5728 – Carousel Gallery: Slider not working
    • The Carousel Gallery stopped working. The clickable controls were not responding and the autoplay was not starting (it should cycle through the slides every 10 seconds).
