Good News, Everyone! In this Sprint, a lot of improvements were made and bugs were removed. The dropdown Navigation size has been increased, the Open Graph box has been moved towards the sidebar, the Planet 4 settings menu has been cleaned up, Tags selection has been simplified and much more. Here’s the overview:

Features  🛠

  • PLANET-6948 – Increased the size of the navigation bar drop-down menu
    • The dropdown menu from the Navigation has been increased to 240 pixels width, instead of the previous 193. That’s nearly 50 more pixels of brand new menu space!
    • Warning, too many characters! That’s the warning message that will show up when there’s over 32 characters of text in a dropdown menu item (18 characters for the main menu).

  • PLANET-6900 – Move Opengraph metabox on the sidebar
    • Just as previously the Page Header section moved to the sidebar, the Open Graph / Social Fields Metabox has also moved to the sidebar.

  • PLANET-6678 – Alphabetically order Planet 4 settings menu
    • As more and more features get released, the Planet 4 Settings menu (in the backend) was a bit messy. From now on, all the settings there are in alphabetical order. No need to do anything, consider it an early Holidays present 😉
      • Spoiler: More cleaning up to come on this section, by the way…

  • PLANET-6947 – Editor sidebar: show list of existing tags
    • No need to study the Tags by heart any longer. A simple checkmark to mark one (or multiple) tag(s) is now the way to go. Lovely!

  • PLANET-6918 – Style the default Actions listing page (MVP)
    • Previously, the default Actions page had no styling. That has changed and everything looks beautiful by default now.

Bug Fixes 🐞

  • PLANET-6929 – Gravity Forms confirmation message share buttons don’t show when using merge tags
    • And now they do 🙂
  • PLANET-6951 – Fix query pagination when there is only one page rendered
    • One page, no arrows.
  • PLANET-6950 – Navbar links have visited color on Take Action pages
    • Be gone, default web purple!
  • PLANET-6930 – Gravity Forms share text issues
    • Bye bye issues!
